Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival committee to unveil logo Sept 12

The committee for the maiden edition of the Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival has fixed September 12, 2024 for the unveiling of Logo and fundraising for the event.

According to the committee, Ogbomoso Cradles Carnival, socio cultural event scheduled to hold between December 19- 23 is part of the 25 years development plan of the Soun of Ogbomosoland, Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III

In a statement issued in Abuja on thursday, the committee chairman Prince Williams Adeleye said the event will hold on Thursday, September 12, at Ajuji Greenwhich Hotel, Plot 1083 Joseph Gomwalk Street Abdulsalami Abubakar Road, Gudu District Abuja at 6pm.

Adeleye, a Special Assistant (media) to former President Mohammed Buhari, said “His imperial Majesty Oba Ghandi Afolabi Olaoye, Orumogege III will also be at the venue to speak on his vision and 25 years development agenda for Ogbomosoland.

He added that the five day program will feature culture and tourism program, football, tennis and golf tournaments, traditional cuisines, and masquerade parades, among others.
